The website’s hosting server records technical information about requests, such as IP addresses, requested pages, access times, browser information, and errors. These logs support website operation and troubleshooting.
Information you choose to share
You can contact the clinic by telephone, text message, email, or WeChat. The clinic receives the contact details and message content you choose to provide through those channels. To ask about appointment availability, begin with your name, a contact method, and your preferred times. Ask the clinic how to provide detailed health information.
Appointment requests submitted through the website’s booking service are forwarded to the clinic through Feishu, a third-party messaging service. The current contact page offers telephone, text, email, and WeChat contact options rather than an online booking form.
External services and links
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from the cdnjs content delivery network. Your browser connects to these providers to request those resources. When you follow a Google Maps or research reference link, you visit another service. Email, text messaging, WeChat, and other external services operate under their own privacy practices.
